Why does the Project request budgets?
The Project wants training providers to take a business approach
to delivering training. This simple budget can help a training provider
in deciding whether or not there is a sufficient class size to make
offering the training profitable, what price to charge, what to pay for
the training venue, what to pay the trainer, etc.
Why does the Project ask that only these templates be used?
The Project hopes to provide summarized revenue and cost
information (based on actual budgets) to training providers to aid them
in their decision making. Standard templates make this kind of compilation
much easier than if everyone used their own format. Individual budgets
will always be kept confidential.
The budget templates have numbers in blue and black. What is the
difference?
You can change the blue numbers. The black numbers are automatically calculated based on the blue entries.
Why are the blue numbers there?
The blue numbers are just an example. You should substitute your own entries for the blue numbers. For example, the blue numbers show 25 UAH per hour for trainer's pay. You should change this to reflect what you plan to pay the trainer.
