Developing the Accounting and Auditing Profession in Ukraine
Our site is intended for the Ukrainian accounting and auditing professionals that speak the Russian language and wish to advance their professional level and prove their competency in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and western-style managerial accounting and finance.
This site is also intended for the executives of enterprises and organizations interested in a human resource development tool that prepare their employees in the understanding and preparing IFRS compliant financial statements and the validation of these financial statements by independent auditors in accordance with ISA.

CIPA-Ukraine Project is under the financial support of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) within the scope of the AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF UKRAINE AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA REGARDING HUMANITARIAN AND TECHNICAL ECONOMIC COOPERATION.
Strategic objectives of the Project are the following:
Fostering international recognition of Ukrainian professional accountants and auditors utilizing the CIPA training, examination and certification program
Further recognition and dissemination of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
Promoting the leading role of accounting and auditing professional organizations in the practices, principles, standards, and ethics of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
